(viii) conduct any other actions that the Company deems inadequate.

The Company may stop the Service or take other measures the Company deems adequate when any of the prohibited actions prescribed in the items in this paragraph is conducted. Such measures shall be taken when users violate the content or the purpose of the Terms of Use or the action taken by the user is deemed by the Company inappropriate in light of the spirit of the Website. Please note that such measures may be taken at the discretion of the Company regardless to inappropriateness of the action by users or whether or not the user is negligent with respect to the inappropriate action. Users acknowledge that the Company will not in any event provide any answers to users regarding the reason for taking such measures. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to users as a result of the measures taken by the Company.

Users shall use the Website at users’ sole risk.　The Company shall not provide any warranty whatsoever, including that the Posted Information on the Website or information on the linked sites are accurate, up-to-date, legal, entire, usable　or licensed by copyright holders. Users should use the Posted Information as well as the outside website linked from the Website at the sole responsibility of users. The Company is operating its business independently from websites of third parties which are accessible by users from the Website. Such third party’s websites may collect personal information in accordance with its own rules regarding privacy policy and data collection, but the Company is not responsible in any way for operation of business and rules of such third party.
The Company may use Cookie and Web beacon to provide better service to the Website users. The Terms of Use is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the Japanese law.
In the event a court procedure is necessary between a user and the Company, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo district court.
