“WF 2008 summer-01” Wonder Festival Summer 2008 Modeling Report Company Dealers Part1 Wonder Festival Summer 2008 opened August 3rd at Tokyo Ariake's Tokyo BigSite

Wonder Festival -or “Won Fes“- is an exhibition and sales event that both professional and amature garage kit dealers get together to see the mold makers themselves display and sell their models. About 45,000 participants take part in the world's biggest modeling event. This biannual event held at Tokyo Big Site is sponcered by the famous modeling company Kaiyodo.

・ Comapny Dealears' Booth

There were lines seen here and there for the products sold exclusively for the event and products' initial sales. Many people were taking photos of the molds and samples of products first to be shown.

There was a trend in the series“Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha”and the, “Hatsune-Miku” “Rin/ Ren Kagamine” which is the talk of the town but, each makers seemed to spread the productions.Also many of the standards like “Gurren Lagann” ,“Idol Master” and “ Ikki Tousen” were seen.
