Photo Report of the Opening of Tokyo Game Show 2008 !
Japan's biggest video game expo/convention opened on the9th at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. This 4day event was held until the 12th.
“Tokyo Game Show(TGS)“ is an video game expo/convention organized by Computer Entertainment Supplier's Assosiation (CESA) with 209 companies and groups from 14 countries taking part by exibiting 879 titles. This year's theme was “Ready for GAME Time!”
The first two days (9th/10th) was Business Days open for press and invited members of the game industry. It was opened to the public on the 11th and the 12th from 10am to 5pm with ticket prices 1200yen for adults (1000yen advance purchase/ free for elementary school students and under) Expected attendance for the 4day event was 180,000.
