Cos-playing lady bikers “Cos-play Ladies” appeared in Akihabara on the 23rd.
Akibauri, the leader of the group and an interviewee from a past article showed up with some of her group members. To be in sync with the season, the girls were dressed up in Santa costumes and red mini-skirt police costume.
The objective for today's appearance was “We were told to do it at the park by the police so we came to play at the park.”(Akibauri) , but when they gathered at 2pm at the station, a mini photo session started taking place. The girls were answering with a smile but police soon stopped them. After an argument, the bikers left the station and headed for the park with police closely following them.
The water balloon-gun that Akibauri possessed crossed the line as she was taken into Manseibashi Police Station. Akibauri told us that she was scolded for about an hour and asked repeatedly about their objective. Thought they would leave, they headed to Hourin Park to play “Santa-san ga koronda” ( a play on words from “Darumasan ga koronda” as Red light, Green light in English). Friends and passers-by joined in as the group grew up to 20 peoples.
Akibauri spoke to us and said “Police thinks that I'm the leader of the cosplay biker gang or other bad group but that is not true. My reason for my action is from “fetish” and my theme is “Erotic-unattractive”.” We asked her about her future plans and her answer was, “ I'd like to try it somewhere outside of Akihabara. January is a “Miko(Shrine Maiden)” season, isn't it?”
