The biggest Doujin Expo/Sales event "Comic Market 76(C76)" was held at Tokyo Big Site in Ariake, Tokyo between August 14th and 16th.
Number of participants this year was a record 560,000(180,000/180,000/200,000 each day total). Odaiba showed no sign of resession at this Otaku Fiesta.

･(* having "Toho" and doujin software at East 123 and "Hetalia" at East 4 on Day 2) East is deadly. "Team Shanghai Alice", "Twilight Frontier" and "07th Expansion" had especially popular.
･As a "Toho" fan, I put the "Main"( Team Shanghai Alice) top of the list but, even with single purchase per person limit, it wasn't until an hour later that we were able buy it. There were rumors that they closed the line( meaning that there are no items left) at 11:30. It was crowded both sides of the hall and we were areas outside that people couldn't move. even outside the hall. The lines were folded between East 1 and East 3 and was a hassle just to find the end.
･I left around 1:30 because I didn't have much to buy but, there were still general participants coming in at that point. I've been here about 10 times but, this may be the first time that general participants were still coming in at that time.
･It was my 3rd day so went around derivative-work for male users. The major groups were crowded as usual but I didn't see any big confusions or rackets. Maybe the skills of lining up and being lined up has gotten better(lol).
