"The 47th Amusement Machine Show" opened at Makuhari Messe in Chiba.
"Amusement Machine Show" is the largest arcade game exposition in the world. 39 companies took part in this year's "Welcome to the future of playing!" and displayed about 1,000 items from the latest games yet to go on sale to stationed machines to related products.
The site is dived into "Arcade Zone", "Family Zone", "Prize Zone" "Related Zone" and "Publishing Zone". There were negotiation tables set at each booth for trader invitation days (17th and 18th) and there will be charity bazaar and performance events on the 19th for general admission sponcered by the organizers. Food court will be opened for the visitors as well.
Visitors on the 19th (1,000 yen admission/ 700 yen for pre sales tickets) can play all the games as much as they want . The prizes won can be taken home for a full day of fun. Participants last year was 43,148 (the final day visitors at 18,036) and expecting more than 40,000 this year as well.
