Harlem Tavern "Kokumaro Milk" pre-opened July 2nd. Located on the back street next to Suta-donya and across from Jangara Ramen (4th floor of the building with "Bengal" curry shop).
The shop's concept is "a nice place where guys can drink and party". It is already famous for its uniform designed by Misakuranankotsu, a comic artist/illustrator known by its descriptive lines (a.k.a. Misakura-go).
The shop features a milk adding service from the baby milk bottle hung from the female staff's neck, adding special milk to the menus and cocktails. A bit kinky, but the service fits the "Kokumaro Milk"shop name. The girls talk the same as other taverns and there are no excessive service like role-playing for shy folks and people just want to settle down can just enjoy the meal glancing at the girls.
They not only emphasised the service and the costumes but their menus as well. The fresh beef are sent directly from the producers, and customers can enjoy both quality and quantity. Many kinds of beverages from beer to cocktails are ready to be served. (35 types of drinks/20 food menus/5 kinds of desert will be offered for the grand opening).

The spacious interior holds 46 seats (with 6 VIP seats). The lighting is quiet dark with a curtain between the seats.
As for the uniform, a white mini skirt with red with puff sleeves and lots of frills. A sexy design with shoulders showing, a tiara on the head with a milk bottle from the neck and black knee high socks. The shop master said "The colors might change at the grand opening" but the design itself will not change.
Ordered a drink after being escorted to the table. Nothing unusual here. After a while, a staff brings the drink. Still, no sign of irregularity.
It happened after the "Kokumaro steak" served to everybody. The special milk was added to the steak from the bottle but massive amount was spilled."I'm sorry! I put too much!"
No "Misakura-go" was heard but we were able to experience the strange atmosphere at the pre-opening. According to the shop master, the grand open will be pushed back to the end of July from the expected mid-July opening.
