“Lucky Star Kagami Hiiragi” , “Lucky Star Tsukasa Hiiragi “(Wave) and the limited edition “Kagami and Tsukasa New Year's Shrine Visit Set”(Miyazawa Mokei ) figure dolls on sale.
These are the main characters of the anime “Lucky Star” which gained quick popularity after their debut. The story is based on Takamiya Shrine ( based on Washimiya Shrine in Saitama, Japan) and the sisters are the daughters of the shrine, are seen wearing their shrine maiden uniform. Kagami, the elder sister, is known for her “twin-tail”(angel wings) hairstyle and her “Tsundere” character, plays the put down role after any set-up lines. Hard worker but a little vain and a realist, also shows a soft spot after she learns that her class is not the same with “Konata” and “Tsukasa” ( in Konata's words, “She's just like a bunny”). On the other hand, “Tsukasa” the younger sister sporting a ribbon resembling a “To Heart” character Akari Kamigishi makes people think she's doing her cosplay, is a care-free soft hearted girl. A dreamy and a bit ditzy, but also has a familial side of being good with household chores.
The figure dolls on sale from Wave, comes with a votive picture for Kagami and an oracle shoot for Tsukasa to recreate the girls' heling out their family shrine. The limited edition will have a base with a backdrop as well.
