"Ryu ga Gotoku 3" for PlayStation 3 has gone out.
"Ryu ga Gotoku 3" the fourth installment in the Yakuza video game series. It takes a departure from the first two games with its choice of setting: instead of focusing on the gritty cityscape of Tokyo, it switches gears and sends Kiryu to the tropical island of Okinawa, where he runs a center for orphaned children with his adoptive daughter Haruka. The orphanage is on land that is owned by Shigeru Nakahara, a boss over a mob known as the Ryudo Ikka. Nakahara is under pressure from the country's government to sell the land. Kiryu once again finds himself in a series of tough situations. The game follows the story of Kazuma Kiryu, a former Yakuza whose release from prison after a ten-year sentence sparks the setup of the game's plot.
The realistic background is still available, where "Jinmuro cho" (city taken from Kabukicho) and "Ryukyu gai" of Okinawa's are drawn by the hi-spec of PS3. 27 companies such as Don Quijote and PRONTO joined in to give the game reality by showing real stores and products.
The seamless battle scenes are done in the cities. Coined "Kenka Battle", players can not only kick, punch and throw, but pick up items lying on the street and use them in all directions. Players can enjoy further depth by using "Heat Action" and "Training" to build a new finishing move and "Tenkei"
Also 20 "play field" are ready. From the usual Karaoke, golf, darts, bowling and video game arcade to more mature areas like mahjong, casino and hostess bars can be played. "Ryu ga Gotoku 3 Rising Dragon Pack", which comes with the Original designed PS3(80GB) was also on sale, but there were many shops sold out probably due to low shipping units.
