"7th Dragon" for Nintendo DS! Kill the Dragons to Survive!

"7th Dragon" for Nintendo DS!　Kill the Dragons to Survive! "7th Dragon" for Nintendo DS has hit the stores.

"7th Dragon" is a role-playing game for Nintendo DS. This RPG takes place in the world of Eden of which 80% is ruled by dragons, so the premise of the game is simple: Kill all the dragons, or the human race is going to be wiped out of existence. "7th Dragon" is the latest creation by Kazuya Niinou, who was at the helm of the project of the "Etrian Odyssey" series, that gave a modern arrangements to the traditional RPG and gained popularity.

Players start their journey by creating their own "Guild" (party) of 4 from characters from the following classes: Mage, Princess, Rogue, Knight, Samurai, Fighter, or Healer. Outside of battle the characters will be viewed traveling the overworld from an overhead perspective, while the battles are viewed from a side perspective showing each character as they attack their foes. The secret is to form a party with different abilities to find and eliminate the dragons scattered all over the map.

Having the aim so simple, the players can choose to just go for the dragons, build the strongest characters,or challenge the sub-quest. The "Dragon Quest" like orthodox system with the "Chibi"(lil') characters' speedy battle scenes and character creating system is coined as the game "For Nintendo DS" by the official Website.

Akiba shops showed posters saying "Cute monsters in the RPG full of freedom!" talking about the cuddly "Moe" visuals. The specials include "Dragon Chronicles" booklet and "Limited Soundtrack fragment"CD as well as shop specials.
