This unadvertised campaign was held as a part of a promotion for "Fuwa Fuwa Time" that will go on sale May 20th. The handing out of 1000 balloons by shop staff started at 1PM in front of AKIHABARA GAMERS main store and it took between 90 to 120minutes until it ran out.
The balloon that were handed out was a red, heart-shaped with the title logo. Having the day being Kanda Festival held, there were many "K-On!" balloons seen. Even the holders of the Mikoshi were seen with a balloon in his hand.
"Fuwa Fuwa Time" is currently receiving reservations as well as the character singles of the other Sakura High School Light Music Club members.
