Hinagiku Katsura's live CD "HiNA Festival!! & Carnival!!"

Hinagiku Katsura's live CD "HiNA Festival!! & Carnival!!" TV anime "Hayate the Combat Butler" related CDs have come out.

"Hayate the Combat Butler" is a Japanese manga series by Kenjiro Hata in Weekly Shonen Sunday comic magazine. The style of the manga has a comedic gag with a slight harem feel. The story is about an unlucky teenager Hayate Ayasaki (CV:Ryoko Shiraishi) who worked since childhood to make ends meet due to his parents' irresponsible behavior. One day he finds out that his parents ran away from home, leaving behind a massive gambling debt on his shoulders. While running away from the debt collectors, he ends up meeting Nagi Sanzen-in (CV:Rie Kugimiya), a young girl who is the sole heir of the wealthy Sanzen-in estate, and due to a misunderstanding, Nagi ends up falling in love with Hayate.

"HiNA Festival!! & Carnival!!", that went out on sale is a live recording of the same titled event. The event featured 13 songs centering character songs of the Tsundere character, Hinagiku Katsura (CV:Shizuka Ito). Having the tickets sold out very quickly, many fans waited its CD release.

The two versions were released. One is "HiNA Festival!! & Carnival!! SONG & TALK", a two CD set that contains most of the MC and skits and "HiNA Festival!! & Carnival!! SONG" with only the song part recorded. With different covers, Hinagiku fans will have a hard time choosing.

TV anime "Hayate the Combat Butler" 's other character CDs have also come out. "Character CD 01 Nagi Sanzen-in starring Rie Kugimiya" and "Character CD 02 Hinagiku Katsura starring Shizuka Ito" with new character songs and voice dramas included.

There is a "Sound Piece Maker" as a bonus track which a full song will be from the pieces collected from all 8 character CDs. There will also be a "Yoiko no Hayate Karuta"(3 cards) included. There will be a reading track recorded in the CD for fans to play with the voice actors.

2 CDs will be released for 4 month for the total of 8. "Character CD 03 Maria starring Rie Tanaka" and "Character CD 04 Hayate Ayasaki starring Ryoko Shiraishi" will go on sale July 22nd and "Character CD 05 Ayumu Nishizawa starring Mikako Takahashi" and "Character CD 06 Hakuou Gakuin Seitokai Sannin Musume starring Sayuri Yahagi/Eri Nakao/Masumi Asano" on August 26th.
