Akiba Moe Map out! Free Paper specializing in Maid Cafes

The first issue of the free paper "Monthly Maid Collection Akiba Moe Map" was published.




"Monthly Maid Collection Akiba Moe Map" is a free paper with maps of maid cafes and other related shops in the Akihabara area. The director of "Zettai Ryouiki  Maid Costume Ver." is the chief editor of this paper and the reason for the publication was "To boost up the atmosphere of Akiba together with the Akiba-ites and the maids." Its expected to publish 10,000 copies every month.


The contents of the inaugural issue was maps of maid related shops, introducing  some shops and had photo shots/interview with the "Moe Map" exclusive maid "Mona (Monasuke)". She tells how she got into becoming a maid to how she became a exclusive maid model from a regular shop working maid. There are discount coupons and free service tickets as well.

There was a free hand out campaign of "Monthly Maid Collection Akiba Moe Map"  Mona and other shop staff maids on the 17th, the day of the 1st issue went into circulation and gave them mainly to young male pedestrians. The chief editor commented "Most of the shops were very cooperative and will have them in shops. So please take one and see for yourself."

 "Monthly Maid Collection Akiba Moe Map" first issue anniversary one-day event, "One-day only Maid Cafe Meikore 2009 in Triomphe" will be held August 22nd. The place will be at Akihabara's rental cafe Triomphe",and the maids that will be appearing will be Mona, Nene, Natsuki Fujiwara, Shion, Ami, Mizuki Sakurazaki and more.
