Haruhi's New Closing theme and a remix album out! From the TV animation "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya", the new closing theme "Tomare!" and a remix album "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya -Super Remix- Full-Mix" has come out on sale.

"Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" is a popular light novel series serialized on Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko. It features the strange daily life of the boring-hating, bossy "Haruhi Suzumiya" and the members of the "SOS Brigade" that she has gathered. It has spread out to TV animation and comics, and the 2nd season of the animation is now on air. The "Haruhi"ish style that aired almost identical "Endless Eight" story for 8 weeks had brought up a whiff.

This "Tomare!" that went out on sale is a closing theme of the TV animation "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". It is used for the episodes made in 2009, such as "Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody" and "Endless Eight". Of course the tune is sung by Aya Hirano (as Haruhi Suzumiya), Minori Chihara (as Yuki Nagato) and Yuuko Goto (as Mikuru Asahina) and is a bright,pop tune that seems to express the power of Haruhi herself.

"Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya-Super Remix- Full-Mix" is a remix album with tunes related from "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". The cover has a cyber-clad Haruhi, Mikuru and Nagato indicating the trance/techno remix the album offers.

AKIHABARA GAMERS main store played the opening movie on the shop monitor and showed the Gamers only Yuki Nagato edition of the "Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody"'s sample. There will also be a original post card with a purchase of "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya-Super Remix- Full-Mix" at the shop.
