Vol.1 of Seitokai no Ichizon DVD out! Vol.1 of TV animation " Seitokai no Ichizon The Student Council's Discretion Hekiyou Academy Student Council Minutes" has come out.

Seitokai no Ichizon TV animation based on light novels by Sekina Aoi, serialized in Fujimi Fantasia Bunko. The series revolves around the meetings inside the student council room in Private High School Hekiyou Academy.

The story (as written in the series) has a metafiction component where, under the student council president Sakurano Kurimu orders, vice president Ken Sugisaki has to write stories to show the other students how brilliant the student council is. The author himself likens the series to that of a yonkoma novel which portrays the characters having comical conversations and parodying otaku culture.

The voice of the 4 heroines are done by rookie seiyus.

The vol.1 of " Seitokai no Ichizon" DVD includes Episode #1 "The chatting away student council" and Episode #2 "The studying student council" that features Sugisaki trying to create a harlem in the beauty filled student council and student council members studying for the mid-term exam. "Sugisaki Chapter" with scenes for deregulation+male fans is added on both editions. Limited edition includes cover art by Kira Inugami, Hekiyou Academy school broadcast "Kurimu Sakurano's! All Night Zenjiku!" CD, Hekiyou Academy Student council original pass case and more.
