SEGA SATURN PC appears!　Original Machine with Dual Core Atom

A demonstrations of a remodeled PC using SEGA' s game console “SEGA SATURN”'s chassise came on display at the 3rd floor of TSUKUMO Honten ( Honten Case Kingdom)

This PC was made by a shop staff of this store. Using SEGA Game console “SEGA SATURN” 's cassise, packing a Mini-ITX motherboard equipped with a dual core Atom, this compact remodeled PC has a 2.5inch HDD, slim style optical disc drive

It is hard to believe it is a remodeled PC from its beautiful styling, if it were not connected to a liquid crystal display. Not only the looks but also most of its functions from the original chassis are taken over. Power/disc eject/reset button can be used the same as its existance, and access lamp, optical disc drive, cartridge slot , controller terminal （USB port） are also able for use. On the store's Blog, it is said that he wanted to use the original functions as possible.

Especially, disassembled slim style drive to be built in the optical drive unit, cartridge-style USB memory built in to the using USB port for SATURN cartridge slot, are unique and interesting. Also, the mouse is SEGA genuine “Shuttle Mouse”'s chassise is used. Buffalo's lazer mouse is built in and able to use for USB mouse. But the gray button in the center can not be used.
